Refund Policy

Effective: May 7, 2026

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New paid accounts get a full refund within 14 days of their first payment, no questions asked. This applies to your first paid invoice only.

2. Monthly Plans After 14 Days

After the 14-day window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the current billing period and renewal stops.

3. Annual Plans

Annual plans have a 30-day full refund window from the date of the first annual payment. After 30 days, we issue a prorated refund of the unused months on cancellation.

4. Usage Overages

Already-consumed metered usage (build minutes, bandwidth, storage overage) is non-refundable. Overage charges are billed for resources the platform has already provided.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with:

  • Your account email
  • Reason for the refund
  • Last invoice ID (optional, helps us find the charge faster)

We process eligible refunds within 5 business days, returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
